1
00:00:15,470 --> 00:00:16,830
It's a good chilly out today, huh?

2
00:00:18,470 --> 00:00:19,810
Yeah. Yeah.

3
00:00:20,910 --> 00:00:23,670
At least you got a little hat on.

4
00:00:23,950 --> 00:00:26,050
Yeah, quite so. It's still freezing
though.

5
00:00:26,290 --> 00:00:27,290
I know.

6
00:00:27,590 --> 00:00:29,090
Do I know you?

7
00:00:30,060 --> 00:00:34,900
Oh, no, no, no, sorry. I'm just doing a
little bit of filming in the

8
00:00:34,900 --> 00:00:40,180
neighborhood for a friend of mine. He's
renting out his house, so we're going to

9
00:00:40,180 --> 00:00:43,760
put some videos on the real estate
website.

10
00:00:44,160 --> 00:00:50,420
Okay. I actually just moved to Prague
literally last week from London.

11
00:00:51,200 --> 00:00:52,700
I would have never guessed with that
accent.

12
00:00:53,600 --> 00:00:56,960
And I'm staying with a friend at the
moment, but I'm actually looking for

13
00:00:56,960 --> 00:00:59,500
somewhere to rent, like rent a room.

14
00:00:59,780 --> 00:01:02,940
How many rooms do you have available?

15
00:01:03,180 --> 00:01:06,560
Well, it's actually a pretty big villa.

16
00:01:07,300 --> 00:01:14,300
I'd say you're talking maybe five rooms
total. Yeah, it's

17
00:01:14,300 --> 00:01:16,400
a big space, huge backyard.

18
00:01:17,960 --> 00:01:22,340
Well, I mean, we've been looking for a
couple months to find the right people

19
00:01:22,340 --> 00:01:23,980
to get in there.

20
00:01:25,920 --> 00:01:31,540
I mean, if you want, maybe you could
come take a look at it, but I don't

21
00:01:31,540 --> 00:01:34,500
really know if it's in your price range.
I mean, it's fairly expensive.

22
00:01:34,960 --> 00:01:35,960
Really?

23
00:01:36,700 --> 00:01:40,980
I mean, I could always come and have a
look, and maybe I could...

24
00:01:44,900 --> 00:01:47,000
Okay, I mean, that sounds like a great
idea.

25
00:01:47,440 --> 00:01:49,700
Okay. Yeah, where are you from
originally?

26
00:01:50,020 --> 00:01:50,839
From London.

27
00:01:50,840 --> 00:01:54,260
Oh, yeah, London. Yeah. I can tell with
the fashion sense, you know.

28
00:01:55,400 --> 00:01:59,140
It's like everybody from London always
just dresses so nice compared to people

29
00:01:59,140 --> 00:02:00,140
here.

30
00:02:00,260 --> 00:02:01,560
Well, tell you what.

31
00:02:01,880 --> 00:02:03,780
Are you available now?

32
00:02:03,980 --> 00:02:05,160
Could you show me?

33
00:02:05,480 --> 00:02:07,840
Yeah, yeah, we could totally do it right
now.

34
00:02:08,360 --> 00:02:12,080
Why don't you come with me? Okay. And,
yeah, we're just...

35
00:02:13,100 --> 00:02:14,420
We're just over here.

36
00:02:14,660 --> 00:02:21,620
Okay, the camera though, it's... Oh,
well, we're just, like I said, I'm just

37
00:02:21,620 --> 00:02:26,780
recording all the neighborhoods so that
people online can see, you know, we got

38
00:02:26,780 --> 00:02:31,180
the park, you know, we got the safe
streets, we got Jesus on the cross over

39
00:02:31,180 --> 00:02:32,180
there. Uh-huh.

40
00:02:32,540 --> 00:02:34,600
Okay. You know, all the essentials that
you need.

41
00:02:35,720 --> 00:02:36,720
Okay, I guess.

42
00:02:36,900 --> 00:02:37,960
Yeah. Okay.

43
00:02:39,080 --> 00:02:41,340
So, what made you decide to come to...

44
00:02:41,580 --> 00:02:46,380
moved to Prague business or so I've just
moved here to work actually there just

45
00:02:46,380 --> 00:02:52,640
seems to be more opportunities than
there are in in London so and it's a lot

46
00:02:52,640 --> 00:02:57,320
it's a lot prettier as well actual
seasons like I know the winter is super

47
00:02:57,320 --> 00:03:04,300
cold but you have a nice summer here so
well in uh in in London you don't

48
00:03:04,300 --> 00:03:08,180
really get too much sun do you we don't
really have proper seasons it just we

49
00:03:08,180 --> 00:03:09,620
have like four seasons every day

50
00:03:11,620 --> 00:03:13,180
Jesus, that's got to be rough.

51
00:03:13,520 --> 00:03:15,780
Yeah, it rains pretty much all summer.

52
00:03:16,440 --> 00:03:22,360
Well, I mean, here you've got to contend
with, you know, snow, but better than

53
00:03:22,360 --> 00:03:24,240
rain. At least, you know, wet.

54
00:03:24,880 --> 00:03:25,880
Yeah.

55
00:03:26,420 --> 00:03:29,520
You know, the camera is kind of weird.

56
00:03:30,080 --> 00:03:31,140
I'm not going to lie.

57
00:03:31,600 --> 00:03:35,640
Oh, well, I'm not trying to creep you
out or anything. I'm just trying to do

58
00:03:35,640 --> 00:03:36,640
the job for my buddy.

59
00:03:39,590 --> 00:03:45,230
Well, no, not actually, because they're
not all as beautiful as you. But, no,

60
00:03:45,790 --> 00:03:51,570
we're just, you know, getting the
grounds, getting the whole scope of what

61
00:03:51,570 --> 00:03:54,490
the neighborhood looks like. I mean,
people like to see that kind of stuff.

62
00:03:54,930 --> 00:03:57,210
They like to know what they're getting
when they rent.

63
00:03:57,590 --> 00:04:01,410
I mean...

64
00:04:05,800 --> 00:04:07,500
You've got to be thorough in life,
right?

65
00:04:07,720 --> 00:04:11,820
Yeah. You just can't half-ass shit.

66
00:04:14,180 --> 00:04:16,279
Let's see. We're just up here.

67
00:04:16,519 --> 00:04:17,419
Is it great?

68
00:04:17,420 --> 00:04:19,420
Yeah. Yeah, we're just up here.

69
00:04:19,700 --> 00:04:23,900
It's the big villa over there with the
kind of beige.

70
00:04:24,280 --> 00:04:25,560
Oh, really? That one? Yeah.

71
00:04:26,300 --> 00:04:31,440
I mean, like I said, well, take a look
at it.

72
00:04:31,770 --> 00:04:32,770
See what you think.

73
00:04:32,790 --> 00:04:36,350
Maybe we can come up with some sort of
pricing structure that works for you.

74
00:04:36,610 --> 00:04:37,610
What do you mean?

75
00:04:38,030 --> 00:04:41,610
Well, like I said, first, take a look at
it. Okay.

76
00:04:41,910 --> 00:04:44,950
And, you know, then let's discuss price.

77
00:04:45,510 --> 00:04:50,390
Okay. I mean, already from the outside,
it looks a little bit out of my price

78
00:04:50,390 --> 00:04:51,890
range. I'm not going to lie.

79
00:04:53,410 --> 00:04:58,170
For a fancy woman like you dressed like
that, I don't know.

80
00:05:00,880 --> 00:05:03,340
I have a feeling you know how to work
numbers.

81
00:05:04,520 --> 00:05:10,260
Well, as you can see, there it is. We've
got a whole bunch of windows.

82
00:05:11,220 --> 00:05:15,700
It's real private, so there's a big wall
around there, a big garden.

83
00:05:17,020 --> 00:05:20,700
Great place if you want to throw a
get-together or a party.

84
00:05:21,000 --> 00:05:22,000
Yeah, I can imagine.

85
00:05:22,360 --> 00:05:27,540
As you can see, no neighbors here, so
I'm not telling you to get rowdy.

86
00:05:28,060 --> 00:05:30,460
If you decide to get rowdy, you can.

87
00:05:31,240 --> 00:05:32,560
Go ahead.

88
00:05:32,920 --> 00:05:34,140
Okay. Take a look.

89
00:05:34,760 --> 00:05:38,820
Okay. I mean, wow, it looks amazing.
Like, it's a lot bigger than I thought

90
00:05:38,820 --> 00:05:39,820
it would be.

91
00:05:39,860 --> 00:05:44,540
Yeah, and if you've got pets, you know,
we've got this huge space over here. You

92
00:05:44,540 --> 00:05:45,540
can let your dog run.

93
00:05:45,920 --> 00:05:46,920
Okay.

94
00:05:47,240 --> 00:05:48,980
Do you have a pool?

95
00:05:50,120 --> 00:05:51,120
Yeah, we do.

96
00:05:51,160 --> 00:05:52,260
Wow, that's amazing.

97
00:05:52,560 --> 00:05:54,100
That must be really nice in the summer.

98
00:05:54,360 --> 00:05:55,700
Wow, the space is massive.

99
00:05:56,400 --> 00:05:57,960
Yeah, it's real spacious.

100
00:05:58,540 --> 00:06:02,700
There's a huge garden out here. Oh my
god, this must be really nice in the

101
00:06:02,700 --> 00:06:07,980
summertime. Yeah, well that's what I
said, you know. We've got tennis courts.

102
00:06:08,720 --> 00:06:09,820
Yeah, oh my god, yeah.

103
00:06:10,060 --> 00:06:12,860
I don't know if you're a tennis player
or not.

104
00:06:13,280 --> 00:06:14,820
You might have to stop now.

105
00:06:15,580 --> 00:06:16,580
Right?

106
00:06:17,680 --> 00:06:19,000
Kitchen area here.

107
00:06:19,580 --> 00:06:23,960
Okay. All the appliances, top notch.

108
00:06:25,920 --> 00:06:26,879
Really good.

109
00:06:26,880 --> 00:06:29,780
You can take your clothes off, stay a
while, get comfortable.

110
00:06:30,480 --> 00:06:36,420
You've been freezing out there in the
bitter, bitter cold there.

111
00:06:36,700 --> 00:06:40,220
It is really nice and warm in here, so I
can't complain.

112
00:06:41,380 --> 00:06:43,860
There you go, let your hair down.

113
00:06:45,480 --> 00:06:47,260
That's better, it's nice and cosy in
here.

114
00:06:48,400 --> 00:06:51,020
So you want to check out some of the
other rooms? I can show you where the

115
00:06:51,020 --> 00:06:52,020
bedrooms are and stuff.

116
00:06:52,100 --> 00:06:53,240
Yeah, that would be great, thank you.

117
00:06:55,880 --> 00:06:57,760
Ah, so here's the swimming pool.

118
00:06:58,140 --> 00:07:03,960
Yeah, it's all covered right now because
obviously it's swimming weather, but...

119
00:07:03,960 --> 00:07:10,220
Yeah, we also

120
00:07:10,220 --> 00:07:16,020
have a sauna there if you feel like
partaking in sauna.

121
00:07:16,520 --> 00:07:17,520
That's amazing.

122
00:07:17,660 --> 00:07:20,140
Yeah, some nice relaxing chairs.

123
00:07:22,240 --> 00:07:25,520
It's pretty all-inclusive, like I said.
Yeah, it's like a resort.

124
00:07:26,400 --> 00:07:28,080
It's got a resort feel to it.

125
00:07:28,400 --> 00:07:29,239
Yeah, definitely.

126
00:07:29,240 --> 00:07:30,840
There's a tennis court and swimming
pool.

127
00:07:31,840 --> 00:07:34,480
It's definitely a place for entertaining
if you're so inclined.

128
00:07:34,860 --> 00:07:35,860
That's for sure.

129
00:07:36,720 --> 00:07:42,000
Are you a big entertainer type of
person? I do like to entertain.

130
00:07:42,460 --> 00:07:45,140
I'm happy now to entertain. I like to
have people around.

131
00:07:45,700 --> 00:07:48,880
Well, I figure, you know, an attractive
girl like you probably likes to have

132
00:07:48,880 --> 00:07:50,040
some parties and stuff, right?

133
00:07:58,180 --> 00:08:04,420
We just like to have someone that, you
know, that we like that lives in the

134
00:08:04,420 --> 00:08:09,880
house. Yeah, so right up here is where
all the bedrooms are located.

135
00:08:10,380 --> 00:08:13,820
Okay. Are you filming my house?

136
00:08:14,220 --> 00:08:15,320
Oh, no. No, no, no.

137
00:08:16,480 --> 00:08:18,480
I'm just getting the hallways.

138
00:08:18,880 --> 00:08:20,280
Right. Okay.

139
00:08:21,360 --> 00:08:25,800
You've got to make sure that those are
in the video for the customers.

140
00:08:26,880 --> 00:08:32,640
So here we've got bedroom, bedroom,
bedroom.

141
00:08:33,720 --> 00:08:37,780
I think one of these is open you should
be able to take a look at.

142
00:08:38,100 --> 00:08:39,559
Yeah, yeah, yeah, right in here.

143
00:08:39,799 --> 00:08:42,559
Yeah, I mean they're all similar.

144
00:08:43,299 --> 00:08:46,760
Okay, wow, look at this terrace, it's
boxed in.

145
00:08:47,060 --> 00:08:48,060
Yeah.

146
00:08:48,540 --> 00:08:49,540
Wow.

147
00:08:50,920 --> 00:08:53,000
Yeah, we'll let you put a barbecue out
there if you want.

148
00:08:53,280 --> 00:08:56,560
Oh my God, it goes all the way along the
house as well. It's amazing.

149
00:08:58,500 --> 00:08:59,500
Okay.

150
00:09:00,680 --> 00:09:06,880
Don't worry, there's just a park there,
so if you start doing anything

151
00:09:06,880 --> 00:09:10,300
crazy late at night in the bedroom,
nobody's going to be looking in, you

152
00:09:10,300 --> 00:09:11,239
know what I mean? Right.

153
00:09:11,240 --> 00:09:16,600
The bed is really comfortable as well.
Yeah, it'll bounce on you. Give it a

154
00:09:16,600 --> 00:09:18,520
feel. Yeah, it's great.

155
00:09:19,230 --> 00:09:20,230
Yeah, I really like it.

156
00:09:21,010 --> 00:09:26,810
Yeah, so what do you think? Yeah, I
mean, I really like the house and all

157
00:09:26,810 --> 00:09:29,510
the amenities. I really like this room
as well.

158
00:09:30,250 --> 00:09:34,010
What kind of price range are we looking
at here?

159
00:09:35,510 --> 00:09:40,490
Well, you know, I'll tell you what.

160
00:09:42,190 --> 00:09:44,250
We could probably do...

161
00:09:49,930 --> 00:09:50,950
1,500 euro?

162
00:09:51,710 --> 00:09:54,750
1,500 a month? Yeah. For a room?

163
00:09:56,250 --> 00:09:57,550
It is quite a lot.

164
00:09:58,470 --> 00:10:05,190
Do you think there's anything that I
could offer you that would maybe

165
00:10:05,190 --> 00:10:08,790
make you reconsider the price?

166
00:10:09,250 --> 00:10:12,130
Well, I don't know. Is there anything
that you can offer me that would make me

167
00:10:12,130 --> 00:10:13,130
reconsider the price?

168
00:10:13,190 --> 00:10:14,190
I think there might be.

169
00:10:15,270 --> 00:10:16,430
That's such an ad.

170
00:10:19,470 --> 00:10:21,970
Well, what do you think about my body?

171
00:10:22,490 --> 00:10:24,290
Oh my god, wow.

172
00:10:26,330 --> 00:10:27,330
Jesus.

173
00:10:27,710 --> 00:10:29,890
And my arms as well.

174
00:10:31,270 --> 00:10:32,830
That's pretty incredible.

175
00:10:33,690 --> 00:10:36,130
That is pretty incredible.

176
00:10:36,490 --> 00:10:39,170
Can we come to some kind of arrangement?

177
00:10:40,350 --> 00:10:42,770
I think we might be able to.

178
00:10:43,790 --> 00:10:45,830
Here, I'll tell you what.

179
00:10:47,720 --> 00:10:53,940
What if I gave you 400

180
00:10:53,940 --> 00:10:57,280
euros off the price?

181
00:10:57,580 --> 00:10:58,580
Okay.

182
00:10:59,180 --> 00:11:00,380
What do you think?

183
00:11:01,000 --> 00:11:03,060
Okay, I think that could work.

184
00:11:03,400 --> 00:11:09,920
And then, you know, in exchange, maybe,
you know, just play

185
00:11:09,920 --> 00:11:13,220
with me a little bit, huh? Uh-huh.

186
00:11:13,460 --> 00:11:14,480
What do you think?

187
00:11:14,780 --> 00:11:16,280
That sounds good to me.

188
00:11:23,650 --> 00:11:28,730
Yeah. Don't worry, I won't tell anybody
here that you're getting a discount on

189
00:11:28,730 --> 00:11:29,990
the rent. Well, I hope not.

190
00:12:55,960 --> 00:12:57,220
You like that?

191
00:12:57,460 --> 00:12:58,460
Oh yeah.

192
00:12:59,760 --> 00:13:00,940
You won't tell anyone?

193
00:13:01,580 --> 00:13:03,240
Oh no, I won't tell nobody.

194
00:13:04,320 --> 00:13:05,320
Don't worry.

195
00:13:11,910 --> 00:13:13,670
Oh, yeah.

196
00:13:14,250 --> 00:13:16,790
Yes. Oh, God.

197
00:13:22,990 --> 00:13:27,010
Oh, yeah.

198
00:13:28,170 --> 00:13:29,510
Oh, fuck.

199
00:13:31,010 --> 00:13:32,010
Oh.

200
00:13:33,090 --> 00:13:36,610
Oh. Oh, yeah.

201
00:13:36,850 --> 00:13:38,310
Yeah, nice cock.

202
00:14:04,840 --> 00:14:06,340
Oh, fuck.

203
00:14:09,020 --> 00:14:11,660
Like that.

204
00:14:49,560 --> 00:14:50,560
Uh-huh.

205
00:19:50,790 --> 00:19:52,750
Oh my God, you feel good.

206
00:19:55,210 --> 00:20:00,070
Oh, fuck. Oh, fuck. Oh,

207
00:20:02,310 --> 00:20:05,210
fuck.

208
00:20:06,010 --> 00:20:07,470
Oh, yeah.

209
00:20:07,710 --> 00:20:09,550
Oh, yeah. You like my pussy? Yeah?

210
00:20:09,990 --> 00:20:11,330
Yeah, that fucking...

211
00:20:21,130 --> 00:20:22,770
Yes, yes, yes, yes. Fuck.

212
00:20:23,150 --> 00:20:24,230
Oh, yes.

213
00:20:25,970 --> 00:20:26,970
Fuck.

214
00:20:29,850 --> 00:20:31,970
Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes.

215
00:20:32,510 --> 00:20:33,510
Fuck.

216
00:21:57,680 --> 00:21:59,620
Beyonce, Beyonce, Beyonce, Beyonce. Oh,
fuck.

217
00:22:31,280 --> 00:22:32,620
Yeah, spread that ass right there

218
00:23:47,530 --> 00:23:48,530
Woof woof woof!

219
00:25:18,350 --> 00:25:19,790
There we go. Yes, like that, like that.

220
00:25:20,090 --> 00:25:21,090
Oh, fuck.

221
00:31:12,330 --> 00:31:14,490
I definitely will do. Thank you very
much.

222
00:31:14,770 --> 00:31:19,250
Yeah, I'll be seeing you next month for
another rent check, all right? We will.

223
00:31:20,130 --> 00:31:21,570
Thanks. You're welcome.
